Emphasis is brought to the breath to increase body awareness and strengthen the deeper abdominal and postural muscles thereby decreasing low back and neck tension.
Slow Flow (All levels): This class is meditation in motion. You will be taken through each pose slowly and mindfully with awareness of the breath, body and mind, and will be offered many options to adapt the practice to your unique self. Your breath will anchor you while you transition from one pose to the next in a slow and graceful sequence. When we take our time, our minds slow down, our nervous system relaxes, our breath deepens, and we are able to experience peace and tranquility.
