Please wear comfortable loose clothing that you can move in.
Please bring a yoga mat and small hand towel.
Make sure you eat at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours before class.
Make sure you consult with your doctor first.  We will give you modifications as needed for your practice.
Beginner:  This class is for a brand new student or someone who has been practicing for 1 year or less.
Intermediate:  This class is for a student who has been practicing consistently for 2 or more years.
Mixed Level:  This class is for the intermediate or advanced student who has been practicing consistently for 2 or more years.
Yes, there is parking in Downtown Worthington at the following locations:
– Public parking next to the Worthington United Methodist Church
– Public parking behind The Worthington Inn
– 2-Hour spots along High Street
– Please avoid 15-minute spots
– Cash
– Credit Card
– Check w/valid ID

Yes.  This is our preferred way of scheduling for an easy process.
