Ayurvedic Wellness Mentorship
This 3-Month Mentorship Program will teach you the Foundation of Ayurveda and how to apply this "Science of Life" to your daily living for optimal health and wellness.
Ayurveda is a holistic approach to health and wellness for the mind, body and spirit. It takes into consideration the wholeness of an individual and uses five sense treatments, including diet, herbs, mantras, meditation, yoga, aromatherapy, massage, colors, music, cleanses, and other therapeutic lifestyle changes to maintain wellness, prevent illness, and restore health.
Ayurveda has a focus on the root cause of your health imbalance by understanding your unique dosha. As a practitioner, we look to restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit, thus avoiding the onset of symptoms. If you are already ill, Ayurvedic lifestyle changes can help you create the optimum environment in your body for healing to take place. With awareness around taking personal responsibility towards your health, Ayurveda can help you feel better about life and have greater energy and enthusiasm.

I was introduced to the Wellness Inspired Women group through divine timing. As someone that craves learning, I felt drawn to continue this journey through the Ayurveda Wellness Mentorship. Admittedly, I was a bit concerned with overcommitting myself during this season; however, it has been nothing short of a purely positive experience. I've actually never met Kathy in person but she felt like a friend within a short amount of time. Through her teaching, I've learned some simple and beneficial self-care practices. Prior to this education, I felt like I was spinning out and was so ready for change! Thankfully, I am finding some peace and figuring out my boundaries through an Ayurveda foundation and a group of supportive women. - Ashley

Kathy has truly been blessed with the spiritual gift of healing, and lucky for us, she’s had the courage to pursue this calling and make it her life’s work. Kathy’s warm, gentle, caring demeanor, combined with her wealth of knowledge & abundance of true life experience, makes for a wonderful educator of Ayurveda. I’m so thankful that I’ve had the pleasure of having her as my guide on this journey towards finding balance in my life. - Donna
Before discovering KASA YOGA I hopped from yoga studio to home online practice to studio on and off for over a decade. KASA felt like home from the beginning and all the instructors are dynamic in their own way. Now yoga, meditation, and an Ayurvedic lifestyle is not just routine practice it's vital to my well-being. My first meditation course, first Reiki session, and first complete Ayurvedic lifestyle introduction was under the guidance of Kathy. In a time of personal transition and stress including starting a new career, going through a divorce, moving out of state, and starting another new job I managed to maintain some balance and even improve my mental and physical health. Much of my strength I can attribute to Kathy's support, compassion, and accountability as my Ayurvedic counselor and teacher. There are recipes, rituals, and routines I will continue to practice indefinitely and share with others who have open hearts. As a healthcare professional for the past 12 years, I now encourage incorporating both Eastern and Western medicine practices with my own patients, friends, and family members. - Mollie
I am so thankful I signed up for Ayurvedic counseling with Kathy. When I first started the consultations, I was quite reluctant to make the changes Kathy recommended each week, but she was understanding of my resistance to change, and gently allowed me to decide when and how to adjust my habits. It was really only after the consultations ended that I realized I was starting to see the bigger picture, willing to give up the rigid standards I had always attempted to live by. The most significant advancement I have made has been how food has taken a backseat to other activities in my life. Over time, I have noticed that incorporating the Ayurvedic principles related to cooking and eating I learned about from Kathy has eliminated the mental battles I have always had with myself about eating choices and daily routines. I was also expecting perfection from myself, and then beating myself up when I was not perfect. This attitude has faded away without me even realizing it was going, without expecting this outcome. Adding so many spices and herbs to my meals has taken my cooking to a whole new level. I also now cherish my tea times, which allow me to slow down and examine my day. Deep breaths before eating connect me to my food and to my emotions, and leave me feeling satisfied and nourished, instead of always wanting more. I am still working to naturally incorporate everything I have learned into my life, because I realize that small changes can add even more contentment and peace into my mind and life. - Jill
