FAQ What should I wear? Please wear comfortable loose clothing that you can move in. What should I bring with me? Please bring a yoga mat and small hand towel. Should I eat beforehand? Make sure you eat at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours before class. Can I do yoga if I'm pregnant? Make sure you consult with your doctor first. We will give you modifications as needed for your practice. How do I know what level I am? Beginner: This class is for a brand new student or someone who has been practicing for 1 year or less. Intermediate: This class is for a student who has been practicing consistently for 2 or more years. Mixed Level: This class is for the intermediate or advanced student who has been practicing consistently for 2 or more years. Is there parking? Yes, there is parking in Downtown Worthington at the following locations: – Public parking next to the Worthington United Methodist Church – Public parking behind The Worthington Inn – 2-Hour spots along High Street – Please avoid 15-minute spots What methods of payment do you accept? – Cash – Credit Card – Check w/valid ID Note: Payments can also be made via our Mind/Body account which is linked through our website. Do you teach private or corporate lessons? Yes, we teach private and corporate classes. Please call or email to schedule. Can I use my MindBody account to register for classes? Yes. This is our preferred way of scheduling for an easy process. Do you host workshops and retreats? Yes. We host workshops at our studio. Retreats will also be available in 2018.
