Description: This prenatal series will help to ease the possible discomforts of pregnancy and prepare the expectant mother, physically, mentally, and spiritually, for childbirth and motherhood. We will practice breathing, postures, relaxation to calm the nervous system, increase strength and flexibility, and encourage optimal fetal positioning. This class is open to all levels of experience and stages of pregnancy.
